Add a missions project to Galilee By-the-Sea by using our Operation Kid-to-Kid Prayer Bears.  Here's how:

Toymaking Shop
At the toymaking shop, participants will work on stuffing two cuddly bears.  The "toymaker" gathers the snuggly bears and pulls them in a fishing net or on a blanket at the last Gathering . Everyone huddles together and prays for the orphans who will receive these gifts of love. Plus the participants will get to keep one bear as a reminder to pray for the recipient in Africa.

Day 3 Tribe Time
The point that day is "Jesus heals us". Everyone could talk about the sickness in Africa that's leaving so many children orphaned. Tribe Leaders could introduce OK2K that day, then actually stuff the bears on Day 5. The point that day is "Jesus provides for us." The Prayer Bears are a great tie-in to Jesus' provision and how we, in turn, can provide comfort for others.

OR...
Closing Gathering
Introduce the program at the first Closing Gathering. (Connect to the idea that we're learning how everyone in Galilee was talking about Jesus...and we want people to talk about Jesus today.) Each night, designate a few Tribes who will stuff bears during their Tribe Time and will bring them forward to a designated area during the closing Gathering that day. The  pile of bears will grow and grow. As people learn how Jesus helped people experience God's love, refer to the bears as one way we can help others experience God's love.
